Welcome! We are so happy to have you here!

Here are some frequently asked questions and just general information you should know about our studio and how we operate.

  • If you have yet to come into our studio for a class…What are you waiting for?! We offer ONE FREE trial class to each NEW student. And if you don’t like the class you tried and want to try a different one, it is just an $18 fee before you decide to sign up.

  • You do not need to call ahead to sign up for the free trial. Just take a look at our class schedule, choose the day and time you can attend, pay attention to which location the class is held at, and arrive a few minutes early to meet the teacher and possibly borrow some dance shoes if they are needed.

  • Even if the class is currently FULL, you can still take your free trial class in that class.

  • Once you have taken your free class and are ready to sign up, you are going to come back to our website to complete the registration. All of our registrations are done online. We recommend waiting until the day after your free trial class to sign up, that way you do not get charged for the class you just took for free, if that is in fact the class you choose to take. There is a ONE TIME $35 registration fee.

  • Once registered you will log into your parent portal and choose which class(es) you wish to have your student in. Make sure you familiarize yourself with the parent portal because that will be where you will find your monthly payment information, as well as any emails the studio sends.

  • Our studio currently communicates 99% of the time through email. We also have information boards at the studios to keep you up to date. But if you are the parent who prefers to wait in their vehicle or go run errands, then you are going to want to check your emails on a regular basis.

  • Many times our emails go to spam, so please check your spam folder and make sure our emails get sent to your inbox. Again, you can always go onto your parent portal to view any emails that we have sent through the Jackrabbit system.

  • Before enrolling or taking a trial class we ask that you inform the instructor if your student has any special needs they need to be aware of so as to better educate your student in class.

How often do you have to enroll your student?

  • We have adopted a system of having the students enroll for classes every six months. That means at the end of December, you will need to enroll for class(es) for January through June. And at the end of June, you will need to enroll your student for class(es) for July through December.

  • There is no extra fee for this enrollment twice a year. We have just found that it works best for us and our students in the sense that we are able to evaluate our class schedule and make any necessary class or teacher changes at these times. As well as it allows us to evaluate the students and determine who might be ready for the next level. This also gives parents a chance to evaluate their schedules and make any necessary class changes.

Am I locked in for Six months?

  • No. You are not “locked in” for six months of class. You are able to cancel any class at any time. Just email us or see the front desk.

  • Please note, any cancellation on or before the 15th of the month will be eligible for a refund if requested. Any cancellation after the 15th of the month will NOT be eligible for any refund.

What kind of performance opportunities do you offer?

  • Our studio is very proud to say that we are a performance focussed studio as opposed to a competition studio.

  • We have one major recital in June every year. Throughout the rest of the year we look for as many other performance opportunities as possible.

  • We have taken our students to perform at Disneyland, Senior Centers, local Parades, the Inland Empire 66ers and have put on a few of our own small scale performances in our larger space. In 2024 we we had our first, in many years, straight play that the students performed at a local community theatre.

  • We are working towards more performance opportunities and having a separate performance troupe that will practice outside of their normal class time.

  • Technique is VERY important to us and we want our students to be well versed and well rounded in the performing arts.

  • We also have a holiday performance for the Kinder-Theatre classes and the older students that want to perform, but which will be rehearsed outside of their normal class time.

Registration Preparation

Here are a few ways to prepare before registration opens so you can secure your spot quickly!

  • If you have any pending policy agreements, they will pop up when you log in - please read and agree.  Regarding the phot release, enter "Yes" or "No". This is to allow us to use your students image for advertising or not.

  • Make sure you've added any payment methods you want on file. Go to Billing & Payments on the menu and select Saved Payment Methods (Quicklink).

  • While you're in the Billing & Payments section, be sure to review and update family information (under Settings), your information and additional contacts (under Contacts), and your student's information (under Students).  For example, has your phone number changed, or do you need to make us aware of any new allergies?

  • Lastly, go to Classes & Events > Find Classes and get familiar with that screen. It will help you navigate to the classes you want quickly! Classes are remaining the same for this upcoming session with a few additions.  Click the link to see our class list Classes
