Musical Theatre
Musical theatre classes teach the three core disciplines of musical theatre: singing, acting, and dancing, and how to integrate them into performance. If your student is interested in taking a musical theatre class we HIGHLY recommend they take a Jazz class as well. For the upper levels of musical theatre students are required to take a dance class along with the musical theatre class. Below is what you can expect your student to learn in our musical theatre program. Our program starts at age 3 and goes up to teens.
🎭 Acting
Focus on character development, script analysis, and emotional expression.
Students learn how to act truthfully while singing and dancing.
Exercises often include monologue work, scene study, and improvisation.
🎶 Singing

Students learn to interpret songs dramatically—telling a story through music.
Repertoire often comes from Broadway, West End, and contemporary musicals.

Emphasis on storytelling through movement and ensemble choreography.
